Well, I'm 16 years old and I've been through a lot of psychiatric treatments. Since I was 11, I started having suicidal thoughts and hating myself. My idea is to help people, and I just share notes about my day-to-day life. Remember that not everything is perfect, or maybe everything is perfectly imperfect. I've been sober for over a year now after relapsing a million times. Anyway, I hope you like it.
